The original author (Paul Henderson) reserves the right to update the official distribution with any changes you have made, and if so, your name will be included in contributors.txt.

- You may not make modifications to data that is already correct to the best
of your knowledge; if you distrust some data, you should e-mail the contributor
of that data, giving details of the perceived error
- If you correct an error in data contributed by someone other than yourself,
including the original author, you should e-mail the contributor in question
with details of the error and modifications you have made
- The files latin.dat and entry.dat may only be modified with the bundled
utilities AddEntry.exe and DictionaryEditor.exe
- The file properties.dat may be modified as you wish, provided the above
conditions are met, and that the overall format of the file is not changed
(e.g. all sections and existing comments must remain, and newlines should
be kept in MS-DOS format (CR-LF pairs))
